This is why I love the daily FITs, they are fun, not overly complicated,can be done anywhere and still give you that burn! Things you can to do make workouts fun are: Listen to your favorite music when you workout. Listening to music that makes you feel good when you workout will actually improve your attitude about working out. Workout with a partner, someone who is as dedicated as you and will encourage and push you, Change location, get out of the gym and go outside. Workout in your backyard or at the park. Mix it up and do something new. Take an opportunity to learn a new way to workout or a new technique.Get off the dreadmill and go for a real run.Make it competitive. Compete with someone else or with yourself. Try to beat previous performance. Be vocal about what you doing. Post what you did. By working out, you are being an influence to others. Reward yourself for reaching a goal. No, we don’t mean to go out and get a banana-split, but maybe a protein smoothie or some new workout gear. Tell us what some of your ideas are.
